stuck on recovery, might be memory issue, fails on KDZ or TWRP rom

got an G3 D855 LL
was resting a lot during normal use so i decided to put a custom rom
root = ok
trwp = ok
now when i try to burn new rom it reboots... and doesn't finish install
tried to install KDZ, same issue... reboots

can it be a memory chip issue? some address in memory is problem?
is any way to re partition it to avoid damaged part?
