Lumia Icon cannot write register with root tool

Updated to windows 10 mobile 10586.217 and deployed vcreg1.2.xap, customPFD3.xap and roottool.xap. I can read PhoneManufacturer and stuff but i cannot write to them.
Anyone can help me?
