Hey Guys!
Yesterday my Galaxy A3's touchscreen became unresponsive. Everything else is working (hw buttons, sound, network etc).
USB debugging is enabled but there's no PC associated with phone - so if I connect it to PC, it asks for permission, but without the touchscreen, I can't grant it. :(
Phone is not rooted.
Is there a way to back up applications and data without voiding the warranty? I tried Kies, but it recovers only apps without settings to the new phone.
Another question: if I don't care with warranty, and install TWRP on the "dead" phone, can I use the backup on the other phone which is Galaxy A3 too?
Thanks in advance!
