Accidentally deleted files in the bin folder(root)

Hey guys, I accidentally deleted files in the bin folder. Now my phone won't power on nor go into download mode. When I press Vol- + Home button + power button(my phone combination for going into download mode, the screen lights up and shows a blank screen . But it does go into recovery mode bad i can't flash any ROM since it is the stock Recovery. My phone is:
MODEL: Samsung GT-I9060 (Grand Neo)
