Huawei Honor 6 Plus need activate Phone Finder but forget mail and password

Can anyone help me to solve my problem

1. My phone Honor 6 Plus TL10 lock phone finder after i factory reset by use key (forget mail and password)

2. If so how can i unlock bootloader ( i can't dial code to get IMIE and Product Key...)

3. If i can't unlock bootloader, Can i solve my problem at first ?
